An inventory search of the defendant's motor vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana inside a crumpled Dunkin' Donuts bag. On appeal from his conviction for illegal possession of marijuana, the defendant contends that (1) the motion judge erred in denying his motion to suppress; (2) the evidence of constructive possession was insufficient to support his conviction; and (3) the trial judge erred in imposing a committed sentence for a first drug offense...
