Appellants Derrick Bolden and Lisa Lindsey were convicted of felony murder with aggravated assault being the underlying felony, in connection with the homicide of Dexter Freeman. Both appellants were also convicted of the aggravated assaults of Jamie Hill, Brien Byner, and Roderick Levi, all of whom were in the house into which the shots were fired that resulted in Freeman's death.
