¶ 1 Omnicare, Inc. (OI) and NCS Healthcare of Oklahoma, Inc. (NCS) (collectively, Defendants) appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of Charles Oliver (Oliver) and Pharmacy Solutions, L.L.C.
