IRELAND, J.

A single justice of this court ordered that Michael G. Moore (respondent) be disbarred from the practice of law for lying on his bar application. The respondent appeals from the sanction imposed as being too harsh and "markedly disparate" from sanctions imposed in similar cases. Because we conclude that, in light of our disposition of similar cases, the respondent's conduct warrants suspension, not disbarment, we order that the respondent be suspended...
