On April 12, 2002, George G. Bocobo, M.D. ("Bocobo" or "Plaintiff") filed suit against Defendants Radiology Consultants of South Jersey, P.A. ("Radiology Consultants"); South Jersey Health System, Inc. ("South Jersey"); Paul Chase, D.O. ("Chase"); and Alliance Radiology Associates, L.L.C. ("Radiology Associates").
