On the second day of his trial, Charles Van Morgan pleaded guilty to three counts of violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, consisting of conspiracy to sell and distribute methamphetamine, criminal attempt to sell and distribute methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine.
