MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, District Judge.

Plaintiff, a research chemist, brought this action against his employer on June 23, 2003, asserting claims of hostile work environment, retaliation, and race discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII"), and 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
