This is a personal injury action in which a jury found that the defendant, Jay Walker, was not liable for injuries sustained by the plaintiff, Tarah Galloway, during a co-ed softball game. On appeal, Galloway alleges that the trial court erred in granting Walker's motion in limine to exclude evidence of negligence and in denying Galloway's motion for a new trial.
