Nural Amin was involved in an accident while operating a vehicle which Nural Zahangir rented from the petitioner, Avis Rent-A-Car System, Inc. (hereinafter Avis). Zahangir had an insurance policy from GE Auto and Home Assurance (hereinafter GE).
