Plaintiff J.T., a Chilean national with permanent resident alien status, brought this action against his former employer, defendant International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM"), alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and pendent claims under the New York Human Rights Law ("NYHRL"), N.Y. Exec. L. § 290 et seq.
