ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR REHEARING

KLEIN, Bankruptcy Judge.

After this appeal took a bad turn at oral argument, Appellee Chapter 7 trustee started complaining about the omission from the record of some pages of transcript of a bankruptcy court hearing.
