Appellant, Wesco Distribution, Inc., appeals the judgment of the district court of Bastrop County granting appellee Westport Group Inc.'s motion for summary judgment to remove a materialman's lien and awarding Westport attorney's fees in the amount of $16,140.77. Wesco raises two issues on appeal, asserting: (1) the district court misinterpreted the notice provisions of sections 53.003 and 53.056 of the property code...
