The plaintiff, Juan A. Quiles, brings this appeal under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) (2000) seeking review of a final decision by the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("SSA") denying his application for disability insurance benefits. (Dkt.# 1). The plaintiff has moved for an order reversing the Commissioner's decision
