J. HARVEY HUDSON, Justice.

Craig Winters ("Winters") sued Chubb & Son ("Chubb") and Deanne Gordon ("Gordon") for discrimination under the section 21.051 of the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act ("TCHRA"), intentional infliction of emotional distress, and defamation. He pursued Gordon separately in a suit for fraud. In two orders, the trial court granted summary judgment as to all causes of action and awarded attorney fees and costs to Gordon...
