Andrew Marcus Sullivan appealed his conviction and sentence for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in violation of Iowa Code section 124.401(1)(d) (2001). Among other things, Sullivan contended the district court abused its discretion when it admitted evidence of a prior bad act.
