This is a petition for writ of mandamus brought by Relator, Adhi-Lakshmi Corporation, to compel the Honorable James Mehaffy to set aside his order denying Relator's Motion to Compel Arbitration, filed in Cause No. A-0170444 in the 58th District Court of Jefferson County, Texas.
