Appellant, Patrick Onyango Kombudo, was initially charged with the felony offense of delivery of a controlled substance. He was released with bail on the condition that he would subsequently appear in the trial court. When he failed to appear in accordance with the terms of his release, appellant was charged by indictment with felony bail jumping and failure to appear....
