I. INTRODUCTION

After Industrial Commercial Electric, Inc. (ICE) and Michael Hannaman filed suit against a former employee and others, the superior court dismissed their suit on summary judgment, holding it was barred by releases they signed before filing suit. But the validity of the releases raises genuine issues of material fact, because there are unresolved factual disputes about whether the employee fraudulently...
