OPINION

TOM GRAY, Chief Justice.

Marcus Antoine Hervey pled guilty to aggravated robbery. He asked the jury to assess his punishment. The jury rejected his plea for community supervision and sentenced him to 60 years in prison. Hervey now appeals, bringing six issues of ineffective assistance of counsel and a seventh regarding failure to read the indictment. We affirm.
