Before the Court for consideration is a motion filed by Karl J. Protil, Jr., a number of the bar of this Court, for the admission of Lisa Lyons Ward to appear pro hac vice as counsel for the Plaintiff. (Paper No. 16) For the reasons set forth below, the motion, by separate Order, will be denied.
