These jointly administered Chapter 11 cases are before the court on the debtors' objection to a $6 billion claim asserted by Richard Dorazio, M.D. and Sharon Dorazio against one of the debtors, United Air Lines ("United"). The claim is based on a class action lawsuit filed by the Dorazios seeking damages for personal injuries suffered as a result of "disinsection" of United's aircraft flying into Australia...
