JOHN S. ANDERSON, Justice.

The jury convicted appellant Brian David Croft of sexual assault of a child and assessed punishment at sixteen years confinement and a $10,000 fine. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.011(a)(2) (Vernon Supp.2004). Appellant raises five issues on appeal. We affirm.
