¶ 0 Joe R. Farrant seeks reinstatement as an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and to the Roll of Attorneys following his suspension in 1994. The Trial Panel of the Professional Responsibility Tribunal recommended that reinstatement be denied. After de novo review, we find that the applicant has not established by clear and convincing evidence the prerequisites to reinstatement.
