Plaintiff contends that a portion of defendant's monthly pension payment was not properly distributed to her following commencement of their divorce action. The parties were married in 1964 and divorced in 2002. The divorce action was commenced in June 2000 and, in December 2001, the parties executed a written stipulation addressing, among other things, the distribution of their assets.
