In a previous opinion, May Morgan v. Farm Bureau Mutual Ins. Co. of Arkansas, (Ca 04-95), 88 Ark.App. 52 (October 6, 2004), we considered Morgan's appeal from the Faulkner County Circuit Court, which had granted summary judgment in favor of the appellee.
