OPINION

IRVINE, Judge.

¶ 1 Phillip Gregory Speers ("Defendant") appeals from his convictions and the sentences imposed on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, each a class 2 felony and dangerous crime against children. We hold that the trial court erred by refusing to allow Defendant to present expert testimony on the subject of the proper protocols for interviewing young children to avoid suggestiveness and the implanting of false memories...
