The State Board of Workers' Compensation issued an award ordering Wet Walls, Inc. and Traveler's Property Casualty (collectively, the "employer") to recommence paying temporary total disability (TTD) benefits to Saul Ledezma. The superior court affirmed the award. In Case No. A04A0284, the employer contends that the State Board erred in requiring it to pay TTD benefits to Ledezma, who has been deported from this country.
