A jury convicted appellant Gary Don Colgin of aggravated sexual assault, found true an enhancement allegation of a previous conviction of sexual assault, and assessed punishment at life imprisonment. On appeal, Colgin complains that the trial court erred in (1) refusing to suppress his written statement; (2) admitting a photo array; and (3) admitting two witness identification sheets...
