¶ 1 Appellants Melvin Potter and Potter & Son, Inc., (collectively Potter) are named insureds under a U.S. Specialty Insurance Company (USSIC) policy that covered a Cessna 414 aircraft (the aircraft) for liability and damage. USSIC denied coverage for losses associated with the September 2001 crash of the aircraft, and Potter sued USSIC alleging, inter alia, claims of breach of contract and insurance...
