EVELYN V. KEYES, Justice.

Appellant, Latarsha Uneac Williams, pleaded guilty, without an agreed recommendation on punishment, to the offense of murder. The court ordered a pre-sentence investigation, and reset the matter for a punishment hearing. Following the hearing, the trial court found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at 25 years' confinement. In three points of error, appellant contends that she is entitled to a new punishment hearing...
