Defendant, Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District (Hyland Hills), appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of plaintiff, Chad Anderson. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with directions.

Twenty-two year old Anderson injured his hand while riding the "Screamin Mimi" ride at Water World, an amusement park owned and operated by Hyland Hills. The injury apparently occurred because Anderson was holding on to the edge...
