LANSING, Chief Judge.

Robert B. Dixon appeals from his judgments of conviction for six counts of burglary, one count of grand theft, and one count of possession of methamphetamine. He contends, among other things, that the burglary and theft charges should have been dismissed because the information charging these offenses was not timely filed. We affirm.
