OPINION

BARKER, Judge.

¶ 1 If a lawyer allegedly negotiates a Damron/Morris1 agreement in violation of the permissible boundaries for such agreements, is that lawyer immune as a matter of law from a tort claim for intentional interference with contractual relations? Our answer to that question is "No."
