NADEAU, J.

The defendant, Virginia Anthony, appeals her conviction, following a jury trial in Superior Court (Lewis, J.), of accomplice to negligent cruelty to animals. See RSA 626:8 (Supp. 2004); RSA 644:8, III (Supp. 2004). We affirm.
