Appellant Leonard Porter appeals from a conviction of aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole; thus, this court's jurisdiction is proper pursuant to Ark. R. Sup.Ct. 1-2(a)(2). Two months before the trial, Mr. Porter was convicted of capital murder and aggravated robbery arising out of a completely different incident.
