These three cases all concern plan objections in each of the individual debtors' chapter 13 plans of reorganization. The creditors objected to the same plan language in each case. By agreement of the parties, the Court heard the confirmation objections together. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter under 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157, and it is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157...
