Federal Insurance Company (Federal) filed an action for indemnity or contribution against AEW # 2 Corporation (AEW) and others1 seeking monies it paid to settle a lawsuit for its insured. AEW filed a motion to dismiss the action on the ground that Federal's complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted. The trial court denied the motion to dismiss, and AEW appeals. We discern no error and affirm.<...
