MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

Rosemary Thompson ("Thompson"), appearing pro se, petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies Thompson's petition.
