Plaintiff-appellant Sharon Primus claims in this medical malpractice case that her breast cancer progressed undetected to a serious level as a result of mis-diagnosis and substandard care by an Air Force doctor. The district court concluded otherwise and granted judgment for the United States after a non-jury trial on Primus's claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671-2680.
