Appellant Willie Earl Reese, Jr. was indicted and charged with the murder of his wife Teresa. Following a jury trial, he was found guilty and sentenced to thirty-five years in prison. He now appeals, asserting the trial court erred in the admission of hearsay testimony, the admission of photographs of the victim's body and autopsy, denying certain requested jury charges, and failing to grant a mistrial based on the Solicitor's closing arguments.
