State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company appeals from a judgment in an underinsured motorist (UM) lawsuit. State Farm complains not about damages or liability, but originally complained only about the court's order directing the insurer to pay Nickerson's attorney's fees and to also pay prejudgment interest from the date of the filing of the underlying lawsuit.
