Derrick D. Barr was convicted of second degree rape, unlawful imprisonment, and second degree vehicle prowl. On appeal, Mr. Barr contends the trial court erred by admitting a police officer's testimony concerning the Reid Investigative Technique and by allowing the jury to view a videotape of Mr. Barr's interrogation. Mr. Barr also asserts that the prosecuting attorney committed misconduct during her closing argument and when eliciting opinion testimony...
