OPINION

BOGGS, Chief Judge.

The United States appeals the district court's granting of the defendants' motion to suppress evidence. The defendants, Dennis Washington and Ebony Brown, had been indicted on several counts after police officers executed a search warrant at 3112 Crossgate Road
