Appellant Sharon Kay Edmundson appeals the order of the Izard County Circuit Court denying her petition to probate a purported holographic will written by her mother Oral W. Fountain. On appeal, she argues that the issue of whether the will contains words of testamentary intent is only one factor to be reviewed in determining if the will is valid.
