This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court dismissing appellant Robert Hill's complaint against appellees Carl Carter, the Crittenden County Election Commission, and the Crittenden County Democratic Party of Arkansas with prejudice. We affirm the circuit court's order.

At the time relevant to this case, Hill lived in Crittenden County and desired to run for the Mississippi Township position on the Democratic Central Committee...
