Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the phrase "by impartial persons designated by the respondent Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Northport who were not involved" and substituting therefor the phrase "by an impartial person designated by the Mayor of the Incorporated Village of Northport who was not involved"; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed...
