("defendant"), appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County following a jury trial awarding respondents, Charles, Linna, Nate, and Matt Ince ("plaintiffs"), $420,000 in compensation for property damages based on a breach of contract action. We affirm, conditioned on remittitur.
