Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendant in the principal sum of $15,000, and substituting therefor a provision in favor of the plaintiff Kemal Ilgar Peker and against the defendant in the principal sum of $15,000; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed, with costs to the plaintiff Kemal Ilgar Peker...
