Pending before the Court are plaintiff's Jean Ann Maynard, (hereinafter the "Maynard"), motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 59 for a partial amendment of judgment, and for attorneys' fees. (Docket Nos. 95, 93.) Defendant Ann M. Veneman has opposed plaintiff's motions. (Docket Nos. 103, 102.)
