This action arises out of a dispute over the intellectual property rights to the world-famous video game Tetris. Plaintiffs Blue Planet Software, Inc. and Alexey L. Pajitnov are suing Games International, L.L.C. ("Games") and Elorg Company, LLC ("Elorg USA") claiming that they, not defendants, own those rights.
